On 6 April 2019 I was in the toilets of my local shopping centre. I had just brought a cheap new tracksuit to change into before I threw my old clothes into the bin.

You see, I was just about to move into my new flat. My old accommodation had a water leak and I’d read on a blog that mold spores can stick to clothes. I moved into my new flat ready to start my new life. I had just two tracksuits, no furniture except a washable chair and before entering I doused the flat with Ammonia.

I also began my strict mold exclusion diet. With my idiosyncratic determination I kept up this diet for weeks even though my weight crashed and my health deteriorated. I thought it was just the “die-off” symptoms and my resilience would pay off.

I say that to say this. The work I did with Nadia changed my life. My health is in a better place than it ever was even though I have been through a really difficult few years.

I now know that the main problem with my health was precisely that part of me (god bless him) that refused to listen to his body and its needs even when they were screaming at him. It’s an efficient part and it has achieved many things I’m proud of but unchecked it is not capable of providing me with a healthy and happy life.

Nadia helped me to connect to parts of myself that have been neglected. This neglect meant that they did not trust me and would often overreact to situations including with physical health symptoms.

She also helped me to (I’m still working on this) differentiate between helping to alleviate the pain of others and swallowing and suffering the pain of others.

None of this would have been possible if I didn’t have the utmost trust and respect for Nadia. One of the benefits of being a hyper sensitive is that you feel when people actually care. When dealing with parts of me I neglected it was imperative for them to feel trust. Indeed, the parts I was working with actually trusted Nadia more than they trusted me.

I remember the curious twitches I used to get as soon as she came on the screen. I later realised that it was parts of me getting excited as they could talk to Nadia. At least she would actually listen.

Well now I listen too. And it has changed my life.

Thank you Nadia

Nadia is without a doubt one of the reasons I am recovering now. I contacted her when I was in despair and unsure where to turn after 10 years of increasingly complex chronic illness. Nadia helped me look at each part of my life: my food, environment, stress, brain functioning, and treatment options. Her clear approach and incredible knowledge of each area of recovery helped me feel for the first time like I had choices and ways forward for myself. Her sense of humour is amazing and reminded me how vital laughter is in my life. At the centre of her approach is the understanding that we as patients are so much more capable than we know. She said to me she would just hold the door for me whilst I discovered this for myself, which she did beautifully. I know Nadia has also been through her own recovery, so it is deeply comforting to speak to her because her compassion comes from true understanding. Thank you for everything my unicorn sister!

Working with Nadia changed my life hugely. Not only does she have a deeply loving heart and understanding of the nuance of humans, life and trauma but her Psychoeducation and knowledge of how to treat and integrate trauma is next to none. Neuroplasticity and IFS truly are the leading treatments for trauma, along with somatic experiencing. To deny this would be to deny our role as a species that fits into a much bigger picture in the natural world. I will forever be grateful to Nadia for the work we did and know if I ever need to dip back into support, I have it there. It healed my body and allowed me to go on to do many things I had always dreamed of.

Nadia’s knowledge is nothing short of astonishing. She is a gifted teacher, able to explain complex ideas and mechanisms in ways that are fun and not overwhelming. I never thought I would be laughing whilst speaking about such a difficult time in my life! If there’s something she does not know, she will find out. Or she will refer onto excellent practitioners she has in her network. Her referral to a trauma therapist changed my recovery entirely. Her in-depth knowledge of trauma, and how this interacts with chronic illness, was life-changing for me to understand. I have worked with Nadia to both help me organise my recovery in terms of self-care routines and to slowly change aspects of my life in manageable ways to achieve my goals, and also with HeartMath and neuroplasticity, which continues to be a very valuable tool in my recovery. I appreciate Nadia’s directness, and philosophy of wanting me to not need her as quickly as possible!

LYME DISEASE, IBS, MOLD TOXICITY
Nadia has been a godsend. Honestly neuroplasticity was a last resort. I had tried another program, which made my symptoms worse. I thought I was doing it wrong, but Nadia helped me understand what my nervous system and brain were doing, and why. She designed a practice for me that I understood and enjoyed. Her compassionate approach took the pressure off, and I was able to go at a pace that felt safe for me with her by my side. Week by week we built on it, and I started to feel confident enough to use it all day every day. My fatigue symptoms went down 80%, as did my light sensitivity and reactivity to environmental pollutants. But much more than this, I found my confidence in myself again. I continue to use everything she taught me in my work, relationships and life to help me show up as my ‘total badass self’ as she calls all of us who do this work. Nadia has come through this herself so her compassion is from real understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

The single most important step in my recovery has been my introduction to Nadia. It’s hard to put into words my gratitude, for she has taught me to come home to myself, heal, and grow into a bolder, wiser, more capable version of the woman I was. Her unique neuroplastic training and compassionate self-care practices have equipped me to down-regulate the trauma/limbic response, follow my intuition through the maze of recovery, and soothe and heal myself, always with her kindness and support. As someone who has successfully navigated chronic illness herself, Nadia knows all the angles, details, questions, challenges - she gets it. And that’s everything. She knows how to work with you to help navigate or teach you the skills to do so yourself, depending on where you are and what you need that day. In my greatest time of need, Nadia has brought me profound comfort, relief, hope, and empowerment. Her work has changed my life and will continue to change my life, well past my recovery. Indeed, it is my recovery. I encourage any person who’s hungry to reclaim her life, and herself, to contact Nadia.

I came to Nadia with an existing neuroplasticity practice from another program. I had some small success but then a massive issue with anxiety and resistance to doing the steps. I found Nadia through her instagram and liked her so I contacted her. It was the best decision. Within two months my results were exponentially more than they had been doing 8 months of practicing alone. I’m eating normally, my anxiety is down 80% and I just know deep down I will be ok. Nadia makes me laugh, she highlights blind spots with genuine compassion; and her knowledge is amazing. I can really recommend having her guide you. I wish I had found her before but as she tells me “We are all on time!”

Nadia combines cutting-edge science with established practices (like meditation) and modern methodologies to offer a unique program of genuine deep healing that goes far beyond our arguably broken conventional medicine system to finally provide complete and actionable answers for chronic illness sufferers. I’ve lived with some form of chronic illness my entire life, ultimately becoming so severely sick 4 years ago that I was unable to stand without assistance. Nadia’s support and guidance has brought me back to life in every sense of the phrase, and I’m now more vital than I’ve ever been.
All the systems of my body that had become so dysfunctional (endocrine, immune, neurological, digestive, musculoskeletal, etc) are stabilizing; even my Hashimoto’s autoimmune thyroid disease markers appear to be utterly gone. My whole body moves in new and easy ways. I am cultivating a full circuit of health from a place of strength and confidence that I’ve never before accessed. I’m well and truly healing, not simply managing symptoms.
As a neuroplasticity coach, Nadia teaches you to how to profoundly and comprehensively understand your own body and provide yourself with all the tools to heal and subsequently maintain your health, all at a pace that is right for you and tailored to your specific needs. This goes so far beyond all that I tried before (specialized diets, rebuilding the gut microbiome, HPA axis rebalancing, immunotherapy, etc) to address the profound dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system, which—as Nadia shows you—is the ultimate foundation for health and without which none of the above standard remedies will help.
This sort of work can raise the quality of life for everyone, not just those of us cornered by severe chronic illness. Receiving care from Nadia has been a joy, as she is not only extensively knowledgeable but also has a wicked sense of humor, an uplifting attitude, and so much kindness.
— Anne-Lacy, 37, London - Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Nadia is exceptionally talented at helping those with chronic illness heal. She is warm, compassionate, funny and truly cares about her clients’ progress. She is a great listener and from this provided me with an individualized template to healing. With Nadia as my trusted guide, I was able to uncover my entrenched core beliefs, apply self compassion to all my parts and make a choice to step away from old patterns and into a better life! I started meditating daily for the first time in my life (after multiple attempts)!
As a coach she has so much experience to draw from and provided me with personalized resources after every session to help keep my momentum going. Working with Nadia has not only helped me heal but has truly changed my life.
It is constant work but I feel for the first time in my life I have the freedom to be exactly who I want to be and create the life of my dreams. I am so grateful to Nadia for believing in me and helping me get here!
— Kelsey, 40, Toronto - Lyme, Mold, chronic illness
I started working with Nadia in 2017. I had to take a long break due to unexpected circumstances. Nadia kept in touch and that meant a great deal to me. I restarted with her in Nov 2019. Nadia never judged me and always worked at a pace I could manage.

I had to address my living environment, my habits and the way I ate to help my body heal. This was hard but I did it over time. The steps she taught me helped me get more self sufficient and I began to notice changes in my physical and mental health with gentle consistent practice. Nadia helped me learn about different parts of my personality that were blocking me feeling uncomfortable things, from pacing, and from giving myself permission to rest (as then I might feel! Such a strong hamster wheel!)

In Jan 2021 I went back to part time work after 15 years on disability. I am now fully functional and slowly building strength and resilience at a pace that feels good to me. I have symptoms only rarely and they are fading more and more with time and practice. Day to day I feel better than I ever have.

In the course of working with Nadia I have stopped seeing limitations or feeling overwhelm. I am able to meet challenge and know I will be ok. I know what self care is for the first time in my life. I know responsibility for my own wellbeing is a gift and my super power. I can feel emotions without my body needing to shout them, and for the first time ever - I truly like who I am.

Working with Nadia has been a life changing experience. Her knowledge, genuine compassion and very strong intuitive abilities felt so safe to me and her humour helped me remember laughter is the best medicine! This is not easy work. But I realise now that silver bullets and quick fixes were just feeding into my illness patterns and blocking my self belief. True health comes from re connecting and nourishing body, mind and heart. I trust myself and I trust my body. I healed after 35 years of illness. Nadia is right when she says there is no time and space in our system - because I feel I have healed here and now, back in time and also forward into my future.

This expression of thanks cannot capture how grateful I am to Nadia. I had quite a horrible adverse reaction to thyroid medication. Experiencing very concerning symptoms, such as night terrors, breathing issues, extreme light sensitivities, feeling like I was losing my balance and plummeting blood sugar, all evolved over the course of almost 6 years. My body was trying to convey this through periodic symptoms, until it reached a breaking point, where my body was screaming these intensifying symptoms. My body was at its wit’s end. I am now off the medication, and seriously, truly, feel better than before. I met her at the most propitious moment. She was a godsend, as she kindly and compassionately perceived how to guide me and put me at ease.
I eagerly looked forward to seeing her, as her kindness, comforting words, encouragement and soothing voice relaxed my body and allayed my fears. I mean this. When my withdrawal symptoms were at their worst, she was there to offer comfort. Nadia quite simply knew the most appropriate way to calm me. Throughout my healing process (over the course of about 5 months), Nadia helped me ‘find’ myself, and so I was able to regain the physical and mental confidence that I lost. I quite simply don’t know what I would have done, or where I’d be, without her. Her care and encouragement extended beyond the scope of the topic at hand, as she reached out to me during my miscarriage. She helped me through this sadness. Through working with Nadia, I am not simply just ‘confident’, and ‘recovered’, but have taken her encouragement and implemented her tools, which enabled me to reintegrate, seeing life as beautiful. I am flying to new levels. I explore this beautiful life with expanded bandwidth, exploring new hobbies and increasingly taking more risks.
Working with her has also enabled me to see another part of Nadia. Aside from evidently seeing her love for the works she does, I was able to see her as a person. What specifically shone through was her admirable personality, her spunkiness, her humor, her genuine love for life, the world, and animals of course 😊!
I cannot capture her magical way of being perceptive to your needs at any given moment. I just love her.

Nadia is a brilliant, one-of-a-kind human! I came to Nadia with a billion pounds of struggle and she has helped lighten my load one visit at a time, using her in-depth knowledge of the brain and how trauma and chronic pain and illness intersect. And more importantly, how they can be worked with to forge new pathways to healing and ease. She has taught me to find my own amazing resilience inside of me, and has resourced me every step of my healing these past 18 months. I could not imagine someone better suited for walking this part of my journey of recovery, and at the same time, I’m still so in awe of the incredible gift it has been to have her help! I have never had good experiences seeking help of any kind because of the absurd amount of trauma I’ve experienced. To say Nadia is trauma-informed would be a vast understatement. I felt at ease with her from the first minute of working together. In our time together, I have learned to listen to and honor my own nervous system in ways that have allowed self-trust to grow. At every stuck place, Nadia has been there to open up a new thought or way to me, while always allowing me to lead my own recovery. I recently was able to attend our son’s wedding, and was able to eat the food served and had no reaction to smells whatsoever! What would have been totally impossible for me a year ago, though still challenging in many ways, was full of joy and sweetness. While I thought I was coming to Nadia for help with MCS, chronic pain, and food intolerances, I have truly gained so much more of my self and my life back than I ever thought possible, as I’ve been able to get to the root of what was causing all of these symptoms to start with. I am forever grateful!

I am very grateful to have worked with Nadia in my recovery journey. For a long time, my limbic system was on flight or fight mode causing anxiety, fear and food intolerances. After seeking for help, I was referred to Nadia. She was very compassionate and easy to connect with. Our sessions were fun, and Nadia taught the healing techniques in a way that was easy to understand. I learned lots of interesting facts about the connections between the brain and body, and how to retrain the different personality parts. Nadia helped me to free myself from my old ways of thinking which were causing me anxiety towards a pathway of happiness. After a few months of retraining, I found myself naturally pacing and I feel more relaxed. Even when going for walks in the nature, meditating or doing yoga I am now more mindful in the present moment. The retraining took me time to practice, but eventually it all started falling into place and the result is truly worth it.
